| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by Ronald A. Lenowitz for a 90-day extension of the commencement date of a two-year period of suspension set forth in an opinion and order of this Court dated April 11, 2018. Mr. Lenowitz was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on March 5, 1975, under the name Ronald Alan Lenowitz. By temporary restraining order contained in an order to show cause of this Court dated May 8, 2018, Mr. Lenowitz's suspension was stayed pending hearing and determination of the motion.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied, and the opinion and order of this Court dated April 11, 2018, is amended to provide that the period of suspension shall commence on August 28, 2018, and continue until further order of this Court, with leave to apply for reinstatement no sooner than February 28, 2020.
