Motion by the appellant on appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated July 5, 2018, and a writ of assistance dated July 19, 2018, to stay enforcement of the writ of assistance pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeal from the writ of assistance is dismissed, without costs or disbursements (see CPLR 5701); and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
