Morris Ave. Equities Corp. v Guzman, Daisy
It is Ordered that the motion of petitioner-appellant seeking to consolidate the above-mentioned appeals is granted. The petitioner-appellant is directed to perfect their consolidated appeal by no later than the December 2018 term, the filing deadline for which is October 9 2018.
In the event of petitioner-appellant's failure to comply with the foregoing condition, respondent may move, on five days notice, for an order dismissing the consolidated appeals. Petitioner-appellant is permitted to prosecute the combined appeal on one set of records and one set of briefs. In all other respects, petitioner-appellant's application is denied.
