On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 14, 2018, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated July 12, 2018, is amended by deleting from the first decretal paragraph thereof the words " Suite 6200" and substituting therefor the words "Suite 3900."
