Motion by the appellant to consolidate an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered July 28, 2017, with an appeal from an order of the same court dated June 15, 2018.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant's time to perfect the appeals is enlarged, and the appellant shall prosecute the appeals expeditiously in accordance with this Court's rules (see 22 NYCRR 670.1, et seq.) and written directions.
