Appeal from an order of the Justice Court of the Town of Riverhead, Suffolk County, entered July 16, 2018, pursuant to CPL article 730. The appeal was transferred to this court by decision and order on motion of the Appellate Division, Second Judicial Department, dated August 8, 2018.
