An appeal having been taken to this Court from the order
of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about May 7, 2018, And defendant-appellant having moved for an appellate injunction, denominated a stay, enjoining a certain foreclosure sale, pending hearing and determination of the appeal, for civil poor person relief to prosecute said appeal, and for other relief, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is denied and, sua sponte, the appeal is dismissed, and it is further, Ordered that defendant-appellant is prohibited from bringing further proceedings in this Court against plaintiff-respondent relating to the condominium unit without prior permission of this Court.ENTERED: August 30, 2018
