Motion by the appellant, inter alia, for leave to renew an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated March 3, 2015, which was determined by decision and order of this Court dated September 14, 2016, and to renew her prior motion, inter alia, to amend the caption and to direct that Greenberg Traurig, LLP, is not counsel of record for IMC Mortgage Company, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated September 14, 2016.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is dismissed for failure to serve Greenberg Traurig, LLP.
