Motion by the appellant on appeals from three orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, two dated July 25, 2017, and one dated April 3, 2018, in effect, to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals from the orders dated July 25, 2017. Cross motion to dismiss the appeals from the orders dated July 25, 2017, for failure to timely perfect.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the cross motion, and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the appellant's time to perfect the appeals from the orders dated July 25, 2017, is enlarged until October 1, 2018; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further enlargement of time to perfect the appeals from the orders dated July 25, 2017, shall be granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the cross motion is denied.
