| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the objectant-appellant on an appeal from an order of the Surrogate's Court, Suffolk County, dated January 31, 2017, inter alia, for leave to make certain corrections to the record and her brief, and for leave to serve and file a supplemental record.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to serve and file a supplemental record is granted and on or before October 1, 2018, the objectant-appellant shall serve and file a supplemental record which includes all of the papers considered by the Surrogate's Court, Suffolk County, in determining the motion that resulted in the order dated January 31, 2017, except for the papers which are contained in the record filed May 14, 2018; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
