DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal by Raquel Fereres-Moskowitz from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated July 20, 2017. By scheduling order dated July 10, 2018, the appellant's time to perfect the appeal was enlarged until August 3, 2018. The appellant has failed to perfect the appeal.

Now, on the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, for failure to timely perfect in accordance with the rules (see 22 NYCRR 670.4[a][2],[4]) and prior order of the Court.
