The People, etc., respondent, v Kenel Beaubrun, appellant. (Ind. Nos. 1512N/17, 86N/18)
| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal by Kenel Beaubrun from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated May 30-31, 2018. By order to show cause dated July 13, 2018, the appellant was directed to show cause before this Court why the appeal should not be dismissed on the ground that the order dated May 30-31, 2018, is neither appealable as of right nor by permission.
Now, upon the order to show cause and the papers filed in response thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeal is granted, and the appeal is dismissed (see CPL 450.10, 450.20; Matter of People v Juarez, ___ NY3d ___, 2018 NY Slip Op 4684 [2018]).
