| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellants on appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated September 21, 2016, and a judgment of the same court entered December 11, 2017, to extend the time to comply with a decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 7, 2018.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and on or before October 1, 2018, the appellants shall serve and file a supplemental record containing the judgment, the notice of appeal from the judgment, an order dated March 20, 2017, and any papers filed in connection with the motion that was determined by the order dated March 20, 2017, which are not contained in the record filed in connection with the appeal from the order dated September 21, 2016, as well as a supplemental brief raising issues concerning the order dated March 20, 2017; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further extension of the time to comply with the decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 7, 2018, shall be granted.
