Application to be relieved as attorney for the children.

Upon the papers filed in support of the application, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that Anthony Burkert, Esq., is relieved of appointment as attorney for the children and Betty J. Potenza, Esq., P.O. Box 382, Highland, NY 12528, is appointed in his place and stead pursuant to Family Court Act § 1120 (b); and it is further

ORDERED that the children be made available to the attorney for the children as she may direct; and it is further

ORDERED that the time to file the brief of the attorney for children is extended to September 26, 2018.
