| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellants on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Orange County, entered April 30, 2018, to enjoin the respondent-respondent Merlin Entertainments Group US Holdings, Inc., or anyone acting on its behalf, from engaging in construction activities at the subject project site until approval of an amended site plan and it demonstrates compliance with certain regulations.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
