DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant pro se, inter alia, for leave to appeal to this Court from two orders of the Family Court, Kings County, both dated May 14, 2018, and to recall and vacate so much of a decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 8, 2018, as dismissed appeals from the orders on the ground that no appeals lie as of right from nondispositional orders in proceedings pursuant to Family Court Act article 6, part 3 and leave to appeal had not been granted.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
