| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the petitioner pro se for a preference in the calendaring of a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78, which was transferred to this Court by an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated May 19, 2017, and to waive the motion filing fee.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to waive the motion filing fee is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for a preference in the calendaring of the proceeding is dismissed without prejudice to renew upon payment of the motion filing fee.
