| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellants on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, entered December 13, 2017, in effect, for leave to reargue the branch of their prior motion which was to stay the foreclosure sale of the subject premises, pending hearing and determination of the appeal from the judgment, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated July 5, 2018.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, so much of decision and order on motion of this Court dated July 5, 2018, as denied the branch of the appellants' prior motion which was to stay the foreclosure sale of the subject premises, is recalled and vacated, upon reargument, that branch of the appellants' prior motion is granted, and the foreclosure sale of the subject premises is stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
