On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 31, 2018, in the above-entitled matter, on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered August 10, 2017, and January 29, 2018, respectively, is amended by deleting from the second paragraph thereof the words "no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto" and substituting therefor the words "the papers filed in opposition thereto."
