DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal by Ronald Munnerlyn from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated November 30, 2015. By order to show cause dated July 12, 2018, the parties were directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the appeal on the ground that the appeal has been rendered academic.

Now, upon the order to show cause and the papers filed in response thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeal is granted, and the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements.
