DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION , c

Motion by the nonparty-appellants to correct the caption on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated November 20, 2017, to reflect that the Westchester County Public Administrator is a respondent on the appeals, to enlarge the time to serve the record and the nonparty-appellants' brief upon the Westchester County Public Administrator, and to correct page iv of the table of contents of the record. Application by the nonparty-appellants pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a reply brief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the application, and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, and on or before September 19, 2018, the nonparty-appellants shall correct the covers of the copies the record and the nonparty-appellants' brief filed with the Clerk of the Court, correct page iv of the table of contents of the copies of the record filed with the Clerk of this Court, serve the Westchester County Public Administrator with copies of the corrected record and the nonparty-appellants' brief, and file proof of service with this Court; and it is further,

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, on or before September 19, 2018, the plaintiffs-respondents shall correct the covers of the copies of the plaintiffs-respondents' brief filed with the Clerk of this Court, serve the Westchester County Public Administrator with copies of the corrected plaintiffs-respondents' brief, and file proof of service with this Court; and it is further,

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, on or before October 24, 2018, the Westchester County Public Administrator shall serve and file a brief, if any; and it is further,

ORDERED that the application is granted, the nonparty-appellants' time to serve and file a reply brief is enlarged until November 8, 2018, and the reply brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
