An appeal having been taken to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, Bronx County, entered on or about July 7, 2017, and from an order of the same Court, entered on or about November 21, 2017, And defendant-respondent having moved for an order unsealing, and providing to appellate counsel, portions of the Grand Jury minutes and relevant video exhibits set forth in the moving papers under Bronx Co. Ind. 3829/16, which were submitted to this court under seal by The People of the State of New York,Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that said motion is granted to the extent of unsealing, and providing to appellate counsel, the requested portions of the Grand Jury minutes and video exhibits set forth in the moving papers, subject to the redaction of names, addresses and other pertinent identifying information of the witnesses, to the extent such materials are necessary for defendant to adequately respond to the People's pending appeal herein.
