An appeal having been taken to this Court from the order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about May 7, 2018, And defendant-appellant having moved, inter alia, for poor person relief, a stay of the sale of the condominium unit in question and/or reversal of such sale, And an order of this Court having been entered on August 30, 2018 (M-2809), inter alia, denying defendant's motion for poor person relief and a stay or reversal of the order appealed, and, sua sponte, dismissing said appeal, and prohibiting any further proceedings in this Court against plaintiff-respondent with respect to the condominium without prior permission of this Court, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is denied.
