Plaintiff-appellant having moved for an enlargement of time to perfect the appeal taken from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about September 21, 2017, (M-3291), And defendants-respondents KSSNY, Inc. (M-3478) and the remainder of the defendants-respondents (M-3485) having cross-moved to dismiss the aforesaid appeal, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion and cross motions, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion (M-3291) is granted to the extent of enlarging the time to perfect the appeal to the January 2019 Term, and It is further ordered that the cross motions to dismiss (M-3478 and M-3485) are granted, unless the aforesaid appeal is perfected for the January 2019 Term.
