Defendant-appellant having moved for an enlargement of time to perfect the appeal taken from a judgment of the Supreme Court, New York County, rendered on or about June 15, 2017, and to continue a stay of execution of sentence and bail as per an order of a Justice of this Court, entered on April 27, 2017 (M-2265). Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of enlarging the time to perfect the appeal to the January 2019 Term with no further enlargements to be granted, and continuing the stay of execution of sentence and bail granted by an order of a Justice of this Court on April 27, 2017 (M-2265), on the same conditions and terms as set forth in said order.ENTERED: September 6, 2018
