Motion by the appellant pro se to consolidate an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Orange County, rendered November 22, 2016, with an appeal from an order of the same court dated September 1, 2017.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied as academic in light of the decision and order on application of this Court dated February 16, 2018, and the decision and order on motion of this Court decided herewith, which denied leave to reargue the prior application.
