Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion for a writ of error coram nobis is denied, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion for permission to appeal from the order of County Court, Albany County, is referred to Justice Aarons, who makes the following decision: Motion denied.
