ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to perfect the appeal is granted and the time to perfect the appeal is extended to November 5, 2018, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion to compel production of a transcript is granted and Cathy Nilsson is directed to produce and file the stenographic transcript of the minutes of the guilty plea or a written statement that no minutes were taken by her of the guilty plea, on or before October 9, 2018.
