Motion by the respondents 1725 Fifth Avenue Corp., Robert H. Frampton, and Susan Veltry for leave to serve and file a supplemental record containing an affidavit of Susan Veltry dated July 5, 2017, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated December 12, 2017, and to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the respondents 1725 Fifth Avenue Corp., Robert H. Frampton, and Susan Veltry shall serve and file the supplemental record containing the affidavit of Susan Veltry dated July 5, 2017, and their respondents' brief on or before October 9, 2018.
