Appeals having been taken herein from orders of the Family Court, Monroe County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on July 12, 2017, and the Attorney for the Child having moved for an extension of time within which to file and serve her brief,
Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Ella Marshall, Esq., sworn to August 15, 2018, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and the statement of Lorenzo Napolitano, Esq., dated August 20, 2018, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted on condition that the Attorney for the Child submit ten copies of her brief to the Court, together with proof of service, on or before September 26, 2018, and the Clerk is directed to accept said briefs for filing.
