It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted insofar as it seeks to dismiss the appeal taken by petitioner-appellant as moot, and the appeal is dismissed without costs, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion is dismissed insofar as it seeks to dismiss an appeal on behalf of Kimberly Walker, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion is in all other respects denied.
