Motion by the appellant to consolidate appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, both dated August 3, 2017, with an appeal from an order of the same court dated April 6, 2018.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and on or before October 12, 2018, the appellant shall serve and file a supplemental record containing the papers filed in connection with the order dated April 6, 2018, which are not contained in the record filed in connection with the appeals from the orders dated August 3, 2017, and a supplemental brief raising issues addressing the order dated April 6, 2018.
