DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion to the respondent, inter alia, to dismiss appeals from four orders of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated July 27, 2015, August 17, 2015, April 11, 2017, and August 4, 2017, respectively, and a judgment of the same court dated July 27, 2015, on the ground that the defendants-appellants and nonparty-appellant's appendix is inadequate, or, in the alternative, to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to dismiss the appeals is denied on condition that on or before October 9, 2018, the defendants-appellants and nonparty-appellant serve and file a supplemental appendix containing the documents annexed as Exhibits F through P to the affirmation of Frank M. Rizzo dated July 10, 2018, filed in support of the respondent's motion; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is granted, the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until November 8, 2018, and the respondent's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
