Motion by the appellant on appeals from a decision and order (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated November 13, 2015, and a judgment of the same court entered July 12, 2016, to extend the time to comply with a decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 15, 2018.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and on or before September 24, 2018, the appellant shall serve and file a supplemental record containing the judgment and the notice of appeal dated September 27, 2016, from the judgment.
