On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 9, 2018, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Suffolk County, rendered December 6, 2017, is amended by deleting from the second decretal paragraph thereof the address "115 Broadhollow Road, Suite 250, Melville, NY 11747" and substituting therefor the address "48 Richmond Avenue, Amityville, NY 11701-4205"; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant's assigned counsel shall serve copies of this decision and order on motion and the decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 9, 2018, upon the clerk of the County Court, Suffolk County.
