ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated July 2, 2018, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered, July 6, 2017, is amended by deleting from the first paragraph thereof the date "July 6, 2018," and substituting therefor the date "July 6, 2017."
