DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
| Premises Protection, Inc., Doing Business as U.S. Security Systems, Appellant, v Firebird, Inc., Doing Business as Mac Support Store, Inc., Respondent. |
Appeal from a decision of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County, dated January 30, 2018.
On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, as no appeal lies from a decision (see CCA 1702).
A special proceeding to confirm an arbitration award (see CPLR 7502 [a]) must end in a judgment (see CPLR 411). Appellant's remedy, if it be so advised, is to cause a judgment to be entered (see CCA 1401) and to appeal therefrom.
