Appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated July 26, 2018.

On the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the parties and Behrins Law Firm, PLLC, are directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the appeal on the ground that Behrins Law Firm, PLLC, had no authority to file a notice of appeal, or to appear, on behalf of the child, Isaac S. (see Matter of Marcelle v Marcelle-Morrison, 162 AD3d 770; Matter of Morrison v Marcelle-Morrison, 162 AD3d 775), by filing an affirmation or affidavit on that issue with the Clerk of this Court and serving one copy of the same on each other on or before October 3, 2018; and it is further,

ORDERED that the Clerk of this Court, or her designee, shall serve copies of this order to show cause upon the parties and upon Behrins Law Firm, PLLC, by regular mail.
