Motion by Cristina Perez to be deemed a respondent on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated June 6, 2017, and to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief. Separate motion by Nelinda P. Patos to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of Cristina Perez's motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of Nelinda P. Patos's motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motions are granted, and Nelinda P. Patos and Cristina Perez shall serve and file their respective briefs on or before October 12, 2018; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further enlargement of Nelinda P. Patos's time to serve and file a brief shall be granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, on or before September 26, 2018, the appellant shall correct the covers of, and the CPLR 5531 statement in, the copies of the record and the appellant's brief filed with the Clerk of the Court to reflect that Cristina Perez is a respondent on the appeal.
