ORDERED that the scheduling order of this Court dated August 6, 2018, in the above-entitled matters, on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated May 2, 2017, is amended by deleting from the first decretal paragraph thereof the date "September 5, 2018," and substituting therefor the date "September 14, 2018."
