Motion by the appellant to enlarge the time to serve and file retained counsel's supplemental brief on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered March 10, 2014.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 16, 2017, which granted the appellant's retained counsel leave to serve and file a supplemental brief is recalled and vacated.
