DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the petitioner-respondent to dismiss an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated October 30, 2017, on the ground that the transcript of the proceedings was not properly settled.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied on condition that on or before October 15, 2018, the appellant settle the transcript and serve and file an errata sheet or conformed copy of the transcript, or advise the Court, in writing, that, following settlement of the transcript, no changes to the transcript filed with this Court are necessary.
