DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals by Timothy R. from two orders of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated June 27, 2017, and September 14, 2017, respectively. By order on certification of this Court dated July 10, 2018, the respondent was granted leave to proceed as a poor person on the appeals, and the following named attorney was assigned as counsel to respond to the appeals, and directed to contact the respondent and determine the respondent's interest in responding to the appeals:

By letter dated August 29, 2018, assigned counsel notified the Court that she has been unable to contact the respondent.
