ORDERED that F. Daniel Casella, Esq., is relieved of appointment as attorney for the child ARIELLA WELLSAND and Palmer J. Pelella, Esq., P.O. Box 309, Owego, NY 13827, is appointed in his place and stead pursuant to Family Court Act § 1120 (b); and it is further

ORDERED that the child be made available to the attorney for the child as he may direct.
