It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the appeal is dismissed except insofar as it brings up for review Family Court's denial of an adjournment, as well as any other matters that were the subject of contest before Family Court (see Tun v Aw, 10 AD3d 651, 652 [2d Dept 2004]).
