It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks to expedite the appeal is granted, and the appeal is removed from the calendar for the term of this Court commencing January 7, 2019, and added to the calendar for the term of this Court commencing October 15, 2018, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
