Plaintiff having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeals taken herein from orders and judgments of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Erie on January 5, 2011, August 4, 2017, January 9, 2018, February 13, 2018, March 15, 2018,

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of James P. Renda, Esq., sworn to August 31, 2018, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and the affirmation of Shari Jo Reich, Esq., dated August 31, 2018, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks an extension of time to perfect appeal Nos. 1 and 6 is granted, as it relates to plaintiff's appeals, to the extent that the second and third ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered April 24, 2018, is hereby amended by deleting the date September 10, 2018, and inserting in its place the date November 9, 2018, and

It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks an extension of time to perfect appeal Nos. 2, 3, 4, and 5 is granted, and plaintiff shall perfect the appeals on or before November 9, 2018, and, in the event of failure to so perfect, the appeals are hereby dismissed without further order.
