Upon the stipulation of the attorneys for the respective parties to the appeals dated September 12, 2018, it is

ORDERED that the application is granted and the appeal by the appellants Preserve Hudson Valley, John Allegro, Emely Convers, and Louis M. Cerqua is deemed withdrawn, without costs or disbursements.
