against certain units at the condominium

building located at the premises known

and described as 200 East 62nd Street,

New York, New York.

Respondent-appellant having moved for a further enlargement of time in which to perfect the appeals taken from two orders of the Supreme Court, New York County, both entered on or about July 19, 2017, and to consolidate the appeals taken from said orders with the appeals taken from an order entered on or about June 27, 2018 and a judgment entered on or about July 12, 2018. Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of deeming the appeal to be one from the judgment entered on or about July 12, 2018, bringing up for review the appeal from the order entered June 27, 2018, and is otherwise denied.
