An appeal having been taken from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about July 10, 2018, And interim relief having been denied by an order of a Justice of this Court, dated July 22, 2018, And defendant-appellant having again moved for a stay of all proceedings pending hearing and determination of the aforesaid appeal, insofar as it directed defendant not to hold or distribute any copies of an audio recording of a conversation among the parties and their children and that defendant's counsel hold the recording and all copies thereof.
